With over 11 years of experience in UX, service, and product design, I specialize in solving complex problems at scale. I've led high-impact design initiatives at Northwell Health and A+E Networks, building seamless, human-centered experiences that deliver value to both the people who use our products and the organizations that support them.

At Northwell Health, I’ve managed multidisciplinary design teams across patient-facing platforms and internal CRM systems, translating deeply complex operational workflows into intuitive digital products. I’ve driven the design of critical experiences, from provider search to appointment booking, and championed structured, collaborative discovery processes that align business, clinical, and patient needs.

Earlier in my career, at A+E Networks, I focused on elevating digital media experiences across web platforms, blending user research with data-driven design to support engagement and usability across editorial and streaming content.

My practice blends design thinking, experience strategy, research, and product design, always with a deep focus on the humans behind the interface. I believe good design starts with listening, thrives on iteration, and succeeds when it aligns business goals with real human needs.
